Swiss operates a fleet of 12 Boeing 777-300ER aircraft in its long-haul fleet. These are supplemented by Airbus A330-300 and Airbus A340-300. The airline also operates the Airbus A220-100, Airbus A220-300, Airbus A319, A320, Airbus A321, Airbus A320neo and Airbus A321neo in its short haul operation.
It’s Sunday again, so it must be time for some more airplane art.
This week, we have a Swiss International Air Lines Boeing 777-300ER taking off from Zurich Airport as it departs from the cold, heading for the skies.
*Like the SWISS Boeing 777 Limited Edition, this timepiece features distinct elements that showcase its Swiss heritage and relationship with SWISS. The plane-shaped second hand and the engraved engine of a Boeing 777 aircraft on the back make this excellent watch a veritable collectable.
*It was the first new Boeing 777-300 ER delivered to Swiss on the 29th of January, the HB-JNA that was waiting for me. The B777 will replace the A340-300’s over the next few months. As soon as you enter the new Flagship, you see that for sure this is a new FLAGSHIP. The Boeing 777-300 ER has state-of-the-art technology.
*Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) are celebrating the delivery of the airline’s first 777-300ER (Extended Range). The latest addition to SWISS’ fleet touched down in Zurich today following a non-stop 4,545 nautical miles (8,418 kilometers) delivery flight from Boeing’s Everett Delivery Center in Everett, WA.
*The Boeing 777-300ER and Airbus A220-100/-300 (Bombardier CS100/CS300) aircraft were operated by Swiss Global Air Lines until the subsidiary ceased operations in April 2018, in an attempt to lower administration costs and simplify Swiss’ fleet structuring.

It operated initially under Swiss Global Airlines and moved into the main Swiss International Air Lines fleet in April 2018. The aircraft is configured in a three-class configuration, with First, Business and Economy Class seating.

The seat was comfortable thanks it is an emergency exit seat, standard seats are a little bit narrow for your legs.
The IFE’s were very responsive and I liked the games they provide. Movies and shows selection are not bad.

The food was very good and tasty.
SWISS provide a blaket, a pillow and some earphones, the blanket was alright but the pillow was way to small for a 12 hour flight. The earphones are like those ones nobody will never use.Swiss B777 Business Class
